Pool Pass Procedures

Now that most residents have their permanent park district ID cards, we anticipate that this will be the last year for selling passes and taking photos at the pools during opening weekends.

If you purchased a pool pass in prior years and still have your photo ID card, simply mail/fax/drop off your pool pass registration form (317KB PDF format).  Your records will be updated to reflect the renewal of your passes. When renewing, please list only the family members you wish to include in this year’s pass. If you do not have a photo ID card, mail/fax/drop off your form, and come in to have a photo taken and receive a photo ID card.

In order to receive "Resident" rates you are required to show proof of residency.  If you have not provided proof of residency within the past calendar year you will need to do so when submitting your registration form.

Park District photo ID cards are available during normal business hours at the Jewett Park Community Center. Photo ID cards and sale of passes will be available at each pool site only during selected hours at that pool's opening weekend. After opening weekend, cards and pass sales will be available only at the Jewett Park Community Center.

All pass holders are expected to present their park district ID card every time they visit the pool. Cashiers will no longer look up names in the computer.

Replacement ID cards may be purchased at the Jewett Park Community Center for a nominal fee.
