Level II Swim LessonStudents learn to respect and enjoy the water and learn basic swim skills. On the first day children will be grouped by their ability level and work progressively through swimming skills. Best for children who can fully submerge their head and retrieve underwater objects and demonstrate unsupported front and back floating, but who can not demonstrate rhythmic breathing. Some of the skills students will work on include but not limited to:

| Step from side into chest deep and recover |
| Front flutter kick |
| Back flutter kick |
| Finning on back |
Front crawl arm action |

| Combined front crawl |
| Combined back crawl |
| Turning over front and back |
| Reaching/extension assist |
