Barbara Dubosq (Ballet) received the majority of her training as a scholarship student with the renowned teacher, Edna L. McRae. While earning her B.F.A. degree, she started her career as a dance teacher. Her career has included teaching with Eric Braun of American Ballet Theater, directing the dance department of the Mayer Kaplan Center, and teaching on the staff of the Jack Benny Center for the Arts. Two former students have been members of the Joffrey Ballet Company, while others are performing professionally in New York and Chicago. In recent years Barbara has taught master classes for conventions and private schools. Her varied professional performing credits include Lyric Opera Ballet, Fox Valley Theater, the Felix Fibich Dance Company, and television appearances. Mrs. Dubosq has also created original choreography for lecture demonstrations and the musicals Brigadoon, I Can Get It For You Wholesale and Oklahoma!

April Epstein (Storybook Dance, Pre-Ballet and Jazz) received her BA in Dance from Butler University where she performed throughout the Midwest with the Butler Ballet Company. She furthered her studies in New York and Los Angeles -broadening her abilities by studying a range of styles and performing jazz dance as a scholarship student with Joe Tremaine. She has taught yoga, fitness, creative dance, ballet and jazz in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Tania Englerth (Ballet) started her dance education with Frieda Cogswell at Cogswell Studio in Park Ridge.  She continued her studies at Illinois Weslyan University in Bloomington, at the Mount Prospect Park District with Sue Lloyd and now at the Deerfield Park District with Barbara Dubosq.  Her performing career includes solo parts in The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Les Sylphide, Coppelia, Love of Three Oranges, The Seasons, and Le Gaite Parisian.  As a Ballet teacher, Tania has taught from beginning to advances level students.  She fondly remembers her Beginning Men's class.  Tania hopes to pass her love of ballet on to all her students whether they wish to dance professionally or to enhance their lives.
