About food allergies

Many of our preschool classes will provide a snack each day, therefore it is imperative that you notify Ginny Wiemerslage at 847-572-2624 of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

About medication

If your child may need to use medication (inhalers, epi-pen, etc.) during class time, a medication administration form must be completed.
